The fishing ground of lakes Ruuhijärvet consists of four separate lakes: Ruuhijärvi, Pieni-Ruuhijärvi, Poskilampi and Syrjäjärvi. The lakes are small and deep. The lakes have springs and they are exceptionally clear and clean. The lakes are situated in beautiful hilly scenery, which is characteristic of Central Finland. The area is equipped with many well-maintained fireplaces and leans-ons, as well as jetties for casting and duckboards to make walking easier.
