VIP-Cottage is 2001 build 3-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 200 m² log-cottage has bedroom, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, kitchen, lavatory, living room, loft veranda. Altogether there are beds for 10+ 4 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.
Anemities are boat, coffee-maker, drying cabinet, electric owen, microwave owen, refrigerator, set of dishes, stereo, television, video, Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.
is located at large (>100 ha) Päijänne-lake shore (distance 20 m). Sand-grounded shore is shallow. There is a jetty on shore. Yard is partly in natural state, mostly leafy tree and grassy. There are beatiful sights to surroundings from the yars.
